Eric Wright, and his staff of professionals executed flawlessly. We moved away from Grand Island and Eric was eager to please, at my convenience. He was accessible, cordial and willing to listen to my suggestions. Utilizing his experience and knowledge he guided us the right direction to maximize our selling price. In selling the house in a timely manner he utilized professionals to help up with proper presentations and representations of our house. Open houses occurred frequently, and private showings were always scheduled. We felt that Eric gave us a huge advantage in selling our house.

Eric was patient with my expectations of what I wanted my first home to be, and easy to work with. He offered room ideas and how to revamp the current spaces of some of the homes we looked at. When we found THE house, Eric put the offer in for us, and gave me my dream home. I dont know how he did it, but his determination out offered the other interested parties. 10/10 would sell and buy through Eric again in the future.
